The process was very smooth. I first filled in a form and received a link to a HireVue, which consisted of some behavioural and basic tech questions. Then, I was later contacted via email and asked to provide a copy of my CV.
Eventually, I was invited to a virtual assessment centre, which consisted of two group problem-solving activities (one was business-related, and another was a general problem-solving task). A day or so afterwards, I was invited to the final stage, which was the virtual insight evening. This consisted of four ten-minute mini-interviews with a current apprentice and a manager.
The whole process was very smooth but quite tough. Each stage was used to lower the number of candidates to about ten.
