Process

11:00 AM interview. Reached by 10:00 AM. I was the third person in the lobby where interview candidates were seated. This was a women's drive, but I didn't see any women employees as interviewers. Interviewers were busy getting their JPMC brand T-shirts. Interview candidates were helping other candidates come inside the wing by opening the door. So, the "men in black" were not bothered about it. It was 12:15 PM; I asked one of the volunteers about my schedule. He went inside. After a few seconds, my name was called out by a person. He asked me to talk about the project I am currently working on. I started explaining in technical terms. He did not understand the tool I mentioned, so he asked me to spell it. Then I had a doubt and asked him. He informed me that he is the head of PMO, etc., etc. "I have an upcoming project for you. I am looking for a candidate like you, etc., etc." This conversation didn't last more than 7 minutes. He said, "I will call you by Wednesday." Then I asked why you called me today for an interview... no direct answer from him. I wasted my 2.5 hours for this 7 minutes. Does JPMC think that other people are free enough to spend time at JPMC?
