I had to go to the J.P. Morgan Hyderabad office for a teleconference. And then, after that, the horror started.
No call from the recruiter after that, as they are the busiest people in the world. I had to follow up with them for discussion despite clearing all the interview rounds. And then, when I discussed salary expectations, I received a bland response. This was after being very clear about my expectations from the beginning. And the final offer was less than my CTC in my current organization.
Glassdoor reviews had warned me about this. But still, I thought a large IT bank would not stoop so low.
