It's horrible to be taking up interviews with J.P. Morgan. Daily, we will get one or two calls from consultancies for J.P. Morgan. If we take up any interview, unfortunately, we will not get any updates. I have seen scenarios where they will reject you after all technical rounds are cleared, stating the profile doesn't suit the position. Again, they will call you saying there's an opening in another unit, blah blah. I don't really understand if they have genuine requirements or if it's just for show. I tried blocking J.P. Morgan in my Naukri, but somehow I still receive the calls. I've been seeing this for the past 4 years. I feel taking up interviews with J.P. Morgan is a waste of time. Maybe a reference works.
