The assessment centre had 3 stages: a written programming exercise, a code review with a programmer, and a group assessment exercise. The interview process was very smooth, and the interviewers were very nice and helpful. They guided you along the way, especially when they could see you were anxious. It was enjoyable. The group exercise was rather rough; everyone kept trying to shout and talk over each other.
