Process

Called for a face-to-face interview four weeks after I sent the application. The first round was technical-based questions that were of moderate difficulty. I got a call from HR the next day to arrange my second-round interview, which was one week later. The second interview was more laid-back, a get-to-know-you session. The third interview was a video conference with a VP in the USA and included competency-based questions. I then got a call from HR informing me I was the hiring manager's top candidate and they wanted to schedule a 10-minute interview to discuss salary expectations. One week later, I got the congratulations email and an offer letter. Very friendly staff and an efficient interview process. HR was very informative and helpful, 10/10.
