Pros: Best for people who want to be on top of current technology.

Cons: Lots of work, so many extra hours, and no appreciation.

Pros: Open culture, agile practices, very process-oriented.

Pros: Depending on what level you enter the company, you can start off with four weeks of vacation and all bank holidays. A Flex work schedule that really helps with family life. The benefit cost to the employee is high, like everywhere else, but Chase offers a lot of extras that you might not find elsewhere. One I enjoyed was paternity leave for the father of a newborn. It allowed me to spend more time with my family when we really needed it. Chase is a very large company where you can find other opportunities if you really want to.

Cons: It's a very large company, so if you don't stick up for yourself, you can get lost in the mix. A few years ago, I was a team lead and was working my butt off to get noticed. I had awesome reviews and was told I could really be a player with this company. I submitted a request to go back to grad school to get my MBA, thinking it would be an excellent win-win situation for the company and me. It was rejected because I was not at an officer level at that time. I found this to be discouraging. Someone who is working long hours and getting plenty of praise from management gets denied a chance to improve himself for the better of both parties.
