J.P. Morgan is a good company. Don't let it be ruined by asking unskilled employees to conduct interviews. The interviewer totally took things on ego; very immature. They suggested recording videos while conducting interviews. HR must audit what those employees are doing. I am also working in an organization with similar brand values, and we conducted interviews very decently.
