Online coding assessment, then a final round (virtual) technical and behavioral interview. The online assessment included a couple of timed coding questions, then recording videos explaining what you did and what you would improve. Interviewers from JP Morgan were friendly and pleasant to talk to.

Pros: Salary hikes have been respectable up to this point, and there are bonuses.
The people I've worked with have all been pretty smart and on top of things.
Cons: The 5-day RTO policy was a giant step backwards for employee work-life balance.
Instead of a permanent desk, you have to book one for each day you're in-office. Additionally, they keep track of your in-office percentage, which feels belittling for an adult to concern themselves with.

Pros: Great work culture.
Following strict agile methodologies.
Salary, pay, and hikes are according to market standards.
Cons: Working on the product side, but the culture is more like a service-based one. Lots of ad-hoc work has to be performed for even making a slight change or code change in the system, or in case of deployments.
