Bottom line: Very poor communication from HR.

There were two interview rounds on Zoom. After each round, it took 1-2 weeks to get a reply from HR. After both rounds were cleared (for which I had to inquire myself after 2 weeks), I was asked to submit current and past salary details. Again, 1-2 weeks later (after I emailed again to check the status), I received a phone call. In that call, HR mentioned they would get back to me within a day, and that was mid-January. Till now, I have inquired twice and haven't received a reply from HR.
