It was a JPMorgan interview in Singapore, at the Changi branch.
I was given Java questions to answer, and my feedback for the interviewer was great, as I was able to answer the majority of the questions. However, when the process reached the Indian hiring manager, it failed.
It felt that JPM is a pro-Indian company; very few experienced locals seem to be given a chance to enter. There is something wrong with the hiring process. JPMorgan managers, please take note.
Feedback given was lack of experience. In the first place, if there was a lack of experience, why did you ask me for an interview to answer your questions? And if I was able to answer them, why wasn't I given a chance to move to the next round?
Ask Java basics and Java questions in general.
