The work environment is very friendly. A great place for learning and growth.
Sometimes work can be challenging.
Keep up the good work.
Hiring was done for the then new center for Hyderabad. There was a telephonic interview initially, after which I was selected for the face-to-face interview in Hyderabad. We were given interview slots and had both technical and HR rounds. Interesting
In total, 7 rounds of interview. First two technical rounds over phone, followed by: 1. Technical written test 2. Two interview rounds with managers 3. HR round (Salary discussion - tough negotiations - only based on your interview performance)
There was a one-hour interview on campus. The interview was pretty easy; basically, it was all about why you want to work for JPMC and why we should hire you instead of others. What do you see in yourself in 5 years? And some basic behavioral questio
