Communication can be too much, but financially the pay is good
Pay was good. They paid for most of my college undergrad at DePaul thanks to employee education reimbursement they offer.
Staff elimination to other countries, or "relocating" jobs to lower-cost areas (Chicago jobs moved to Columbus as an example).
So many team/project meetings in a week push you to have to work extra hours due to loss of productivity.
Staff that can work from home should. I bet they'd be more productive in 6 hours at home than 8 in the office.
