There are some good managers and departments. The benefits for a long-term or higher-level employee are amazing. After 5 years of service, you get 4 weeks of vacation, along with the 12 bank holidays and 8 sick days. There was a medical center on-site where you could see a nurse if you were ill or lay down for a few hours if you needed it.
The corporate culture is miserable. It's not about what you're capable of or even what you do; it's about who you know. People smile to your face and stab you in the back on a daily basis. Plus, the salary is nowhere near what it should be for the amount of work done.
Remember that your employees are people, not just workhorses. For a long time, I worked 60-70 hour work weeks for a manager that I respected because she didn't expect anything of her employees that she wasn't willing to do. However, that changed as the upper management structure changed. She started requiring more and giving less, and criticizing for things that had never been an issue before.
They also need to make their policies very clear. In one department I worked in, there were three different managers who all had different policies regarding working from home, the type of communication they required, etc.
Two technical rounds and then another technical+behavioural round with onshore. More scenario-based questions on testing concepts, such as how to test a banking application and challenges faced in Agile methodology. SQL queries on fetching data usi
Not worth the time. The first interview was scheduled, which was a telephonic round where I received the call dot on time. Once cleared, the next technical interview was scheduled a few days later. I got a confirmation email from HR for the same, but
I only took the online assessment and didn't get a response after that. The online assessment had two LeetCode-type questions, both hard in my opinion. The first question had a 30-minute time limit, and the second had a 45-minute time limit.
