- Constant reorgs, every week comes three emails about some new structure.
- Very process-oriented to the detriment of getting things done. It would be acceptable if the process meant something, but it generally means nothing more than checking a box blindly and holds no real value.
- Very penny-wise, pound-foolish.
Stop with all the reorgs.
As the review title suggests, all it amounts to is rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
