They think their s#$% doesn't stink. Software is bloated, out of control, and buggy - but they do it best, just ask them. "The Emperor has no clothes" type of comments will get you fired, even if presented diplomatically. Politics and fear are the rule. Whole departments run on whispers. They have so thoroughly burned through the local labor pool; nearly 4 of 5 employees are Indian or Chinese. I don't have a problem in general with immigrants; it speaks to the turnover at a facility with 10,000 employees.
