Pros

The company tries to take care of its employees with good payment and benefits.

Cons

The company has been surrounded by Indian managers, which has made a big clique of Indian employees. The culture of the company has been changed into their culture. If you are not one of them, you won't be supported, and they try to eliminate you.

There is poor communication, very poor leadership, and all the jobs are done in India as a practice board by entry-level students there. In the US, you are employed to correct their mess. This causes you not to learn anything. The job description does not match the job, and normally you have to work several roles for one payment.

Advice to Management

Work on leadership and break this clique. You think you pay less hiring an offshore team, but this is a trap. Low-quality work in the long term causes more costs. To care about your employees, supervise to see what is going on in your company.
