Cons

Working overtime without pay, many managers and executives have a racist mentality. Career advancement is based on "who you know" and not on merits and performance. There is a blatant display of "favoritism" and "cronyism". Management is full of hypocrisy and lip-service for publicity stunts without really enforcing them internally.

Advice to Management

Learn to listen to your employees with honesty and sincerity, and not just because it's good for your financial gains. You need to practice what you preach and not use "Diversity and Inclusion" as a publicity stunt or a "camouflage" to cover up greed and pure capitalistic principles. Promote positive social change. It's good for your "KARMA".
