The place offers great job safety. It's very easy to be lost in a large company, and most people have the sort of job where they need not be bothered. This is the sort of place where you don't have to try very hard to do okay.
It's very easy to be lost in a large company, and most people have the sort of job where they need not be bothered. I have met very few people with technical proficiency levels past high school. I left immediately because there were no advancement opportunities here.
Work to achieve stronger technical proficiency. Listen to your employees.
