A decent place to start if there are no alternatives
- Pay is somewhat average if you come in through the Software Engineer Program, but now below average considering remote opportunities.
- Personally, I had a good work-life balance.
- legacy technology and apps in a lot of the teams
- culture is not super collaborative and technology-driven
- I have seen engineers with many years' experience get paid peanuts (Chase seems very slow to proactively adjust salaries of engineers to current market rates as long as no one complains)
