JPMC has great executive leadership, and they really care about improving the developer experience for engineers. There are lots of opportunities to work on cutting-edge products in the finance space. Management is very supportive if you are looking to advance your career.
Using open-source software can be difficult, and some of the internal tooling could be improved.
