Software Engineer
Got a final round interview through the Code for Good program. HR was friendly, the interviewer was okay. I answered all questions fine, but still didn't get the job. So, I'm not too sure what the selection criteria is.

Initially, I applied online. After a couple of days, I was asked to complete the pymetrics test. After the test was successfully completed, I was asked to do an online interview and coding challenge by HireVue and CodeVue.
