The biggest pro, in my opinion, is that people are nice.
Can be sometimes slow-paced.
I was interviewed virtually by the VP and an Associate SE for a Python-UI role. The interview started with some behavioral questions first and some questions on my CV. For the technical second part, I was asked a bunch of fact-based Python question
Got a final round interview through the Code for Good program. HR was friendly, the interviewer was okay. I answered all questions fine, but still didn't get the job. So, I'm not too sure what the selection criteria is.
Two back-to-back interviews (one technical, one behavioral, 45 minutes each), and then you get ghosted despite doing well. Very unprofessional, slow responses. I don't recommend if you value your time.
