- Hybrid working (now 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)
- Fairness, less political
- Transparent communication (We have a lot of Zoom sessions with Senior leaders to know what is going on in the company)
- Competitive package
- Free membership for a lot of online learning sites.
- Migration application journey to public cloud is interesting.
- Manager always tries to improve you and support you to achieve a higher level, for example, from Associate to VP.
Catching up with internal DevOps and internal Cloud takes time. Some processes are not very efficient, but they are evolving too. I'm busy, but I think that is the nature of working for an Investment Bank.
Nothing special.
