Teams really focus on the latest tech and are easy to work with. There are lots of opportunities to upskill. The company encourages mobility and growth, and the benefits are pretty great.
No cons I could think of.
The interview process can feel unrealistic and is not always a good way of measuring coding ability. It's often not worth all the preparations.
It was a campus recruitment drive. The process was divided into three parts: 1. Two medium-level coding questions on Hackerrank. 2. Pre-recorded video interview on the HireVue platform, where I was asked two HR questions. 3. Code for Good Hackathon
Aptitude test, technical interview. Followed by: * Telephonic interview * Two face-to-face technical interviews * Interview with management and HR. Good culture during interviews, and no unnecessary questions were asked. Telephonic, Face to face
