- Interaction with desk/traders in a high-paced environment.
- Good opportunity for mobility into other technical teams across different lines of businesses.
- More time is spent in meetings and support rather than developing.
- Bureaucracy complicates simple processes and the pushing of changes to production.
- There is a disconnect with management and developers regarding features and requirements (i.e., overworking the technical team with last-minute requirements).
