Online test and an onsite assessment. Comprised of three main sections: two interviews and a group project. A few telephone conversations were held between myself and some staff, along with interview and prospective days for new/potential recruits.

Online coding test followed by a phone screen. The interviewer turned up late to the phone screen and seemed completely uninterested throughout. The phone screen included some basic rapid-fire questions and some short coding questions.

The process was long. Screening, videoconference interview, online exercise completion, in-person interview, and finally, the formal offer. After that, comes the entire background check process by another company.
