Generous benefits, caring managers and coworkers, relaxed dress code, little to no micromanagement.
Forcing a hybrid return to office, even though there is little to no benefit in my position. Changing priorities frequently.

Conducted 5 interviews (4 technicals and 1 HR). Overall not too difficult, simple algorithmic questions about linked lists, binary trees, etc. The sad thing is they didn’t even bother to return me a rejection call or email.
