Good interview, and the interview person was polite and well-informed. The level of questioning increased progressively, and the interviewer was giving a lot of options for the questions and the subject areas.
After the online coding interview, I was invited to an Assessment Centre in Dublin. It was broken down into three different sections and took a couple of hours: * A technical interview * A competency interview * A group exercise
The process starts with a hirevue interview, which consists of two questions: one easy and one difficult. Once that's been done, you go through an assessment centre, consisting of two rounds, asking the normal stuff.
