Good company that is trying to do things the right way
The company has a strong commitment and investment in technology. It values the people that work for it and often gives back to the community. It also has a surprising level of morality for a bank. Though competitive, I enjoy working here and the culture is generally very good.
Sometimes too many projects are going on at the same time, and resources get strained trying to keep up with them.
Being a global company, some meetings can take place outside of normal working hours, but that really depends on one's role.
