Pros: Amazing perks like gym membership, flexible hours, conferences, quality food every day, and travels.

Cons: The technologies that I used were not too up to date.

Pros: Great people. Usually management is capable. Company cares about its employees.

Cons: High variance across teams and projects. Landing in a good team matters a lot. Few bleeding-edge technology options, but solid engineering overall.

Pros: In general, talented peers and a welcoming culture. There are opportunities to work on interesting tasks, but you may need to take an active part in pursuing those opportunities.

Cons: No clear long-term vision for where the company is heading. It's mainly about protecting already acquired market shares. While there is talk about innovation and creating great experiences for the players, it's very much focused on limiting risk and guarding existing resources.
