Interviewed online for the Stockholm office.
After a very pleasant screening with the hiring manager, where, among other things, I was informed there are no Swedes in the team, I was given a take-home task.
The goal was to analyze an A/B test result and develop a binary classifier to maximize output metrics.
Upon closer inspection, the A and B groups appeared to be vastly dissimilar, requiring sinking too much time to salvage the results.
The HR representative (who was also very pleasant) relayed from the team that the test was correct and the challenge was part of the test.
Having already spent some time to get to this point, I decided not to proceed.
