Mostly friendly coworkers, decent benefits, interesting guest presentations, and job security
HR is awful and has zero sympathy for anybody. Of course HR is there to protect the company, but you would expect that if you report somebody to HR for breach of conduct, they would take action instead of trying to make your life miserable. They refuse to make reasonable adjustments for people with a functional impairment, such as allowing them to work from home, and force them to take sick leave. When a global pandemic comes about, no questions are asked and everybody gets sent home.
Coworkers are generally very friendly people, but there are many jokes about racism, sexism, and mental illness. Your manager is more likely to take pity on the person making these comments than on the people subjected to them, meaning that unless you push through and report this person anyway, they will never learn.
The company seems to be too scared to take any really meaningful risks and spends all its money and resources on Candy Crush. Be prepared to sit around for two months without any direction or anything to do, and when you eventually get back to work and it is hard to adjust, you will get blamed for not working hard enough in your performance review. Raises often do not even cover inflation. In many positions, skills are not very transferable and people get stuck in the company and find it difficult to find a new job. I do not recommend working here.

I went to the studio to take part in an on-site game coding test. It went from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. There was a lunch with some studio staff. At the end of the test, there was a discussion about the code with some studio staff.
