I was called in for an interview and had three 30-minute interviews. Two were with engineers from each department, and one was with the hiring manager.
I was asked almost exclusively behavioral questions. Most of them pertained to how I deal with difficult people and my process for troubleshooting problems, along with a bit about my background in maintenance/troubleshooting.
I was called back a week later with an offer.
Nothing unexpected.
