Pros: Coworkers are great. Good benefits.

Cons: Management refuses to believe that they are the problem. Morale is at an all-time low with no positive change in sight. The company chooses to do “market adjustments” every few years because it is cheaper for them than giving fair raises annually. This leads to good technicians leaving for competitors.

Pros: This is about lab supervisor exp: A very interesting role; Hard workers and almost all positive coworkers; Pretty flexible with PTO; Always looking to improve.

Cons: Messy, people not cleaning up their parts, cleanroom wipes, etc., not too bad but should be better. Occasionally I have to do other people's jobs if I want them done in the expected timeline because the person is so busy. Mgmt is working mgmt meaning they are very technical, brilliant memories, and super engaged with the work, but less strong on the mgmt side, not always a bad thing but I stick it here because if I want mgmt "stuff" done I need to put in a bigger piece of the effort than I believe is appropriate.

Pros: Core values are a do or die. Employee benefits: * fitness reimbursement * transportations * free lunch Good pay

Cons: The industry is growing, which means there is no guarantee that you will also grow at the same pace. It is a trap. Always consider self-growth before you enter. The bait might be that since the industry is growing, you will also have growth. No, this is arbitrary. HR is for name's sake and only for payroll and exit. Managers feel they are the rulers. There is no value for women employees, and no opportunities or visibility, as they are only considered as diversity candidates. There is no growth because of internal politics. There is too much unnecessary hiring of managers. There are too many higher management employees who are thinking to retire in the company and hence feel that the company is theirs. Favouritism, no opportunities, and no team bonding.
