Lunch with the Director of the team I am interviewing for, followed by a day-long interview a couple of days later.

All the interviews were more like a discussion, a conversation, rather than a mere Q&A session.

More importantly, I liked the company culture. Each and every interviewer I spoke with sent an email that evening thanking me for my time and also explaining how they felt during my conversation with them.

The recruiter who was helping me throughout the interview process was very proactive and energetic.
