- Good benefit package.
- Good work life balance and not many late hours, flexible with time off - an excellent place for working mothers.
- Slow growth, mediocre talent, and a very political environment.
- Lack of vision from senior management.
- No technical career path outside of moving into management.
- Excessive focus on cash-flow, down to managing spending on snacks per employee. :-)
None really; very myopic management that is rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. At this point, I think they are just managing toward profitability and an acquisition.
