This is honestly the best place I've ever worked at.
The morale is high, everyone is willing to help, we're all marching in the same direction, the vision is clear, and both the financial and non-financial incentives/perks are far beyond any other tech company.
It's really hard to say anything bad about LinkedIn, it's a fantastic place to work!
The one thing that's scary is the massive growth phase the company is currently undergoing. Things are great now, but it's possible it could all fall apart if we don't take proactive efforts to maintain culture and environment.
Advice to management is simple: remember what LinkedIn was when it had only a few hundred employees? Do everything you can to make sure it always feels that way. Not just in culture and environment, but also in process and execution strategy.
