I interviewed in March 2021.
I had three rounds of interviews: one with the recruiter and two with the hiring team.
It's been more than a month since the last round, and I haven't heard anything yet.
I've emailed the recruiter a couple of times to follow up. He says he hasn't received the feedback from the team yet.
The position has remained open for the past two months, and I really doubt if they wanted to hire someone.

I didn't love the culture from most of the executives (except Margarett Burgraff), as I often felt like they just cared about employees for their impact and not as people. Times of high stress and long hours, which is to be expected for that environment, but Lucid's attempts at playing it off with "Lucid Wellness" passing out disposable water bottles were pathetic. Overall though, I'd go back. Some of this is to be expected.
