Cons: The nature of the products and the short development timeframe mean the hours can be long. But when you're excited and fired up, the days fly by. With a smaller team compared to a typical OEM, you need to cover a much larger set of responsibilities, which can be daunting. However, you learn a diverse skill set very quickly.
