Manufacturing Technician Interview Experience - Chandler, Arizona
Process
I applied and interviewed in-person at a hiring event. I was offered the job on the spot and accepted. We reviewed the benefits. I was told I would receive an official offer by email.
Three days later, I received an email rescinding the offer. I have never experienced this or even heard of this happening elsewhere. It was incredibly unprofessional and left a very bad impression. I received no explanation as to why my offer was rescinded.
