Cons: Where should I start? I would give zero stars if I had the chance. 1. Work-life balance. ZERO! You have to be available for the company 24/7. They don't care if you have plans already. Get ready to work after 6 pm every day, and all day Saturday and Sunday. You'll be forced to install Teams on your phone. Guess what? The company owns you! 2. Culture. Very toxic culture, no partnership. Everybody is looking out for their own interests and stabbing others. 3. No growth. Get ready to work as a production operator, forklift operator, cleaning person, cook, material distributor, or anything the company asks, even if you're a manager. 4. No clear objectives. You never know what your objectives or goals are. You just have to be there for anything the company asks. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Please think five times before joining.

Pros: One good thing is a day is too short, as the management will dump work on you 24x7.

Cons: Below industry average pay. The pay rate to hours worked is subpar compared to the industry average with similar backgrounds in education and experience. Management is purely toxic, only concerned about their "pay off" someday with vested restricted stock grants and stock options. Just like Richard the Lionheart, management rules with an iron fist, and their job title means they are natively privileged and crush any dissenting opinions.
