Pros

The technical challenges that are being tackled at Lucid are difficult because everything is in an effort to push the boundaries of physics and engineering.

This provides a unique opportunity for growth as individual engineers, while also heavily trusting your fellow teammates. Additionally, with so much to do, there is a lot of room for impact.

Everyday, even during shelter-in-place, has exciting aspects as the company inches closer and closer to production. The amazing specs of the car alone, I would say, are exciting.

To top it off, there's also Formula E.

Cons

Being a lean company focused on getting to production, the compensation may be low compared to other companies. It is also important to note, however, that being lean should allow Lucid to weather economic downturns a little better.

Advice to Management

There are highly talented and experienced folks within Lucid. Make sure to value their technical inputs as well as reward them fairly.
