I sent my resume online and was contacted by the HR department to schedule a call with the (supposed) hiring manager.
Upon contact, there was no greeting, and the individual was very difficult to understand on speakerphone due to a heavy accent.
They proceeded to tell me that I probably wouldn't be a good fit after reviewing my resume, stating I was overqualified. I'm not sure why they bothered calling in the first place.
They ended the interview by saying they had to go to another meeting after only 20 minutes of speaking.
Clearly, they did not have a lot of experience in interviewing people or possessed strong people skills.
