Process

I applied online and received a call within a month. The first stage was an online HR pre-recorded interview with relatively easy questions, preceded by a practice interview.

This was followed a week later by an on-screen HackerRank interview, where I coded in two languages of my choice. This stage proceeded quickly, with moderately difficult questions testing basic concepts. However, it required fast thinking due to time constraints.

Another week later, a technical phone interview took place for half an hour. I was asked questions on signal processing, including:

  • How auto-correlation relates to white noise
  • Transforms
  • MATLAB libraries
  • Auto and cross-correlation, similar to questions found on Glassdoor

Additionally, I was asked to provide code snippets in two languages of my choice, involving manipulations of signals, pointers, inheritance, and abstraction.
