I applied for the EDG program online and received the link for the online assignment immediately.
After passing the OA, I had a 3-round phone interview:
- 1h tech interview
- 20min HM interview (some behavioral questions)
- 15min HR (to schedule onsite)
Onsite: 2h tech + 1h HM + lunch + 1h HR

Pros: Great work-life balance, reasonable deadlines for my org, but mileage will vary.
Cons: Not competitive compensation, and not interested in retaining talent. There's no growth, and management feigns open-mindedness but is in reality very stubborn and disconnected.

Pros: Mathworks provides a very nice work environment for employees. The atmosphere is joyful!
Cons: EDG intern projects can be better assigned. I was good at A, but I was assigned to a project using B. It could be just me, though.
