There were LeetCode questions over a voice call with screen share. I answered data structure and algorithm questions, tried to solve them within a time limit, and explained my working out. The interviewer was very nice.

Pros: Great benefits, great pay, and great people (depending on your team).
Cons: Very top down, tons of thrash as priorities change, and slowly started removing more and more of the things that made FB what it was.
FB used to have a culture, but now everyone is just grinding to stay employed.
Very stressful and almost no WLB, even though they will claim it's important.

Pros: The culture at Facebook is all about moving fast, so the projects are challenging.
The people here are very smart, so you'll definitely feel inspired.
The bar is set high, and managers push you to exceed expectations.
Cons: Work/life balance is encouraged, but not really practiced by coworkers and managers.
