Overall, an amazing experience.
Recruiters were nice and transparent about the whole process.
The interview process involved a technical screen followed by an onsite round that had four interviews.
In the onsite round, there was a system design round, two coding rounds, and a behavioral round.

Pros: Great benefits, great pay, and great people (depending on your team).
Cons: Very top down, tons of thrash as priorities change, and slowly started removing more and more of the things that made FB what it was.
FB used to have a culture, but now everyone is just grinding to stay employed.
Very stressful and almost no WLB, even though they will claim it's important.

Pros: Engineers choose the initial team, with the option to switch after a year.
On the infra side, projects are engineer-driven, with a high emphasis on autonomy.
There is access to many interesting projects of scale.
Brilliant, highly capable coworkers.
Cons: - High workload culture.
- Projects tend to be more individual-oriented than collaborative, to the detriment of the project.
