Initial Screen:
An HR representative called and asked a few multiple-choice, basic Android questions.
First Round - Telephonic:
Two fairly easy array-based questions were asked.
Onsite Rounds:
- Two coding rounds
- One design round
- One behavioral round
All these rounds were highly structured and time-bound to the minute. They were not very difficult, but whiteboard coding onsite can make one a little nervous.

Pros: Great benefits, great pay, and great people (depending on your team).
Cons: Very top down, tons of thrash as priorities change, and slowly started removing more and more of the things that made FB what it was.
FB used to have a culture, but now everyone is just grinding to stay employed.
Very stressful and almost no WLB, even though they will claim it's important.
