Process
The first call was with a recruiter, followed by a coding interview on CoderPad with a data engineer. The interview was one hour long and included 25 minutes each for SQL and programming (I chose Python), 5 minutes for introductions, and 5 minutes for Q&A at the end.
Questions
Python:
- Count occurrences of a word.
- Find uncommon words from two sentences.
- Replace None with the previous value.
SQL:
Questions on Sales, Promotion, and Product tables. Calculation of the percentage of total sales on start and end dates with overall sales.
